Some ways you can use it: 1) Put 6 to 8 drops in a diffuser and breathe it in. 2) Use as a hand sanitizer. 3) Add about 30 drops to 1 oz. healing salve and rub salve on bottom of feet twice a day. 4) Apply to neck and behind ears. 5) Apply to throat and chest if having sinus/breathing issues. 6) Dilute with a carrier oil (coconut, almond, etc.) and apply to soles of feet, covering with socks.
